“We started out our private practice with just myself and an office manager. Within 18 months we opened an additional clinic and now have a total of 8 therapists and 7 staff.
The main competition is one large well-known corporation and a hospital. We are not able to see any of the hospital patients because they like to keep the physical therapy in-house.
Before coming to Measurable Solutions we were going out and knocking on doors and visiting doctors’ offices and just doing cold calls. We also had word-of-mouth from patients referring other patients. I also called people that I knew in the business and let them know that I was open and this let the word spread.

We were just extremely unorganized and chaotic and we were going through a lot of stress. Measurable Solutions came to us at the right time, that’s for sure. We had a good organization going. We had all the right elements but we were just lacking that one detail. And now since beginning Measurable Solutions, our patient load has probably doubled and the chaos and the stress – I’m able to take more time off, which is great. At night when I go home I am just a lot less stressed out. Things are flowing better. I can be away from the office and not have to worry about things that are going on. We were able to hit a lot larger target with physicians and it is amazing how we are getting physicians that are 15-20 miles away who are now referring to our clinic. We saw a big increase in the amount of referring physicians that now know about our practice, are calling to ask us about our practice and are referring patients to our practice. They are calling us rather than us having to calling them.

I would definitely recommend to private practice owners that they start by taking The New Patient Course. I’d definitely say go for it if you want less stress, if you want to see more new patients and you want to improve your survivability in the future. You will find you can increase production, money flow, decrease stress and increase income. I’d definitely recommend it to anybody if they are either in a stagnant position or even if they are a growing company. It just basically makes everything so much less chaotic and much clearer. You will be more able to get through your day with less stress. It has been a huge difference, not only in our business life but also in our personal life.”
